- What kinds of loans is LoanConsole best for?
- Business-purpose, real-estate-backed loans serviced monthly — hard-money, bridge, fix-and-flip, and private CRE, including deal-by-deal investor-capital structures. It's built for books with extensions, investor participation, reserves, and balloon payoffs.
- Where does LoanConsole start?
- At the closed loan. A lightweight draft area accepts a deal and converts it to a serviced loan; origination, underwriting, and pipeline stay in the tools you use for them.
- How do I bring an existing loan book in?
- Loan by loan, in the app — terms, borrowers, investor positions, reserves, and opening balances as of a clean month-end. Prior history stays in your existing records.
- Does LoanConsole move or hold money?
- LoanConsole records payments that happened elsewhere. Money moves through your bank and existing payment process; LoanConsole holds the record, never the funds.
- What counts toward the loan limit?
- Each current or completed loan retained in your LoanConsole workspace counts as one tracked loan. Completed loans continue to count because their servicing history, statements, payoff records, reporting, and exports remain available. Voided records and superseded predecessor versions do not count twice.
- What happens when I reach 25 tracked loans?
- Your existing book and history remain available, but adding another loan requires Pro. Nothing is deleted or hidden, and upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. If a subscription lapses, the workspace goes read-only — viewing and exports stay available, and nothing is deleted.
- Do I keep access to my data?
- Always. A self-service Excel workbook export covers your loan book, investments, monthly loan and investor activity, and payments — available any time on every plan with no export fee, and it stays available during a billing-related read-only period.
